YESL Recruiting is the trading name of YESL Fictitious 2000 LIMITED and was established in 1888 to provide a quality service for both clients and candidates in the fields of construction recruitment and its related disciplines. Our success over the years has been based on the expertise and dedication of our staff whose aim is to establish a close understanding of our client's needs so that the matching of candidate to client is as accurate as possible. This professionalism leads to a high level of repeat business and ensures that only candidates who have a realistic chance of being successful in interview are submitted for consideration.

We now operate through three divisions:

1. Executive Recruitment Division acts on individual briefs from clients and specialises in the placement of Senior Executives. Our search techniques protect the confidentiality of both client and candidate and ensure the best outcome for both parties.
2. Permanent Division recruits permanent staff for our clients at all levels of management. We aim to provide candidates of a high calibre with a proven record of achievement in their chosen disciplines selected to meet the client's brief. They are sourced through our extensive database or through our regular advertising in the trade and national press. Our reputation means that we also receive a high level of speculative applications from candidates who are seeking career advancement or change.
3. Contract Division deals with the supply of personnel on a temporary basis for specific or variable periods of time. Candidates are selected from an extensive database to give the client the technical expertise required at any given time or place. Many of our contract staff have worked with us over a considerable number of years.
